Question about U torrent?

i downloaded u torrent because i wanted to download some movies but my PC caught a lot of viruses... now i have reload my PC i have a anti virus sistem, program. but i still wonder => if i download movies from u torrent can't i catch powerfull viruses? are there some more save ways?

Azureus is like the same as Utorrent and you download utorrent or azureus from www.download.com and if you download utorrent from download.com there wont be no viruses but if you download your movie make sure the movie is 600mb or over make sure it has high seed and you also check the comments on the torrent to see and download you movies and stuff from mininova
