Say you've been wanting to train again in Karate after a long hiatus, and there's only the nearest karate club that's been training in a local community centre - by that I mean the community centre is for all community activities, not dedicated to karate as it's own Dojo. The karate club does its training twice a week in that community centre.
Would you train in that club, or find a club that has its own DOJO even though it's quite far?
p.s. the instructor in that community centre is legit, they are non-profit karate club so the fee is really cheap. It's a kyokushin karate club.
