Okay, so I have been running /jogging 3-4 miles, five-six days a week for 3 weeks. I do intervals as well..and try to switch my routine up. I also run up a hill with a pretty good incline 2 times a week or so. I have been eating very healthy [a lot better than I have been in the past!] My diet is mainly veggies, fruits, lean meats, nuts, and whole grains.
The problem is, I have not seen any physical results.
I feel better mentally, but I have yet to lose any weight. I heard when you first start running, its possible you gain more muscle and you can even gain weight..
SO, as for my question..
I was wondering how long it takes to get over the first hurdle, as in, seeing results, weight loss wise?
