We have a 2-door Yaris and lately it seems like our gas mileage has gotten pretty crummy. We used to get about 330 miles on a full tank, now we get 275. Is this normal? I don't know how many gallons our tank is; I believe it's 10 or 11. We get the oil changed regularly and just recently replaced the air filter. Do we need a fuel injection cleaning? It's got about 25,000 miles on it (was bought brand new). I spoke with the person we get our oil changed at about the mileage decrease and he said we need to take it Toyota. I'm just hesitant to do that because I don't want to get ripped off... Any suggestions? Thanks a bunch!
