SO basically for amonth less thaan a year i have had the htc tilt by att. i have had it replaced under warranty once about 6 months ago. and todayit suddenly says it can not read the sim card. the guy i know workin at att says that there is nothing to do to help this phone but its still under warranty and i asked can i just send it in and he said noo because they will automatically conclude that the phones damage is due to droppin it cuz itis a little banged up. is this true that they will send the phone back to me and charge me extra money? anyone work for the company or have experience with this?
