So every night I do 10 reps of 25 regular crunches with my legs up in the air, knees bent. In between each rep I do a simple 5 push ups. I also do oblique excersizes in addition to the regular crunches. I have been doing this routine for a bout a month in addition to a new diet. I don't eat candy, junk food, or fast food, nor do i drink anything but water and an occasional diet soda. I've deffinately seen results (lost 15 pounds). I don't consider myself fat at all ( 5'10" 163 lbs.), but i would like a sick pack. Is the routine im doing okay for my goal? I would like to start seeing some toning in a month because I'm going on vacation! Should i change anything?
