I'm considering buying a 2006 Opel Astra, 1.6, 5dr...I don't know much about cars though so need a little help.
I have my first child coming shortly and need to know if this car will be spacious enough (in the boot) for a pram and luggage or pram and groceries, etc. I've tried looking for pictures but can't seem to show any that reveal the boot size.
Also, somehow in just a few years this car racked up 230'000km (about 142'915mi) and has since had the engine replaced which now has 10'000km (about 6'200mi) on it. Is this something I should consider when buying it or does the fact that it has a new engine mean all but gear box and a few smaller bits are good as new and be regarded as such?
Is there anything else I should consider?
