questions for documentary on future generation and the arts?

I'm making a documentary about young artists (visual, performance, ect) and what the future of the arts may become. I have plenty of people to interview but I just don't know what exactly I should ask them.

How the arts effect them now, what do they think of the future for young artists, how the arts will change in the next generation...blah blah blah.

any idea's of more original things to ask? I want it to be different.
