1) Is it snowing in the following cities in China right now? (Christmas period 2010): Shanghai, Dalian, Shenyang, Changchun, Jilin, Harbin
2) How many layers of clothing is advisable for me when travelling to these regions? What about footwear?
3) Is the ice sculptures in Harbin ready for viewing already?
