...a Macbook Pro???!!? OK how long have the new macbooks with the huge track pad that support multi touch gestures been out? 2 years?? I got mine when I was a sophomore, 2 years ago!! How many times do you see macbooks in TV shows, tv adds, and print adds with the little apple logo covered up? All the time right? No one uses an ugly dell or comapq, why can't these companies come up with something that's not made out of cheap plastic with massive ugly vent holes and a nasty cheap pop out cd drive?
God, I wish I could have the best of both worlds; a computer that looks exactly like this macbook, has the macbook keyboard (all other keyboards found on other laptops SUCK after using one of these!) and the multi touch track pad (seriously; can never go back to a laptop without this. two fingers to scroll, three swiped left to go back a page, or to the right to go forward.. etc. web browsing has never been this amazing on a laptop) but now I need to deal with the annoyances of having this stupid Mac OSX crap that is not compatible with like ANYTHING that I want to download from the internet.
Ughhhhhh. I wish these things just ran windows, it might be slower or whatever but it would just be so much easier! And I think it's stupid that dell, hp and who ever else still uses plastic on their laptops... um hello, aluminum?? It's so much better than molded plastic!
no seriously, trying to scroll on a laptop is such a pain. using the keyboard arrows sucks and moving the mouse over to the side, holding a button while at the same time moving the mouse down is just unacceptable.
The track pad is absolutely amazing.
