It was on my local news. Im using the family pc so search terms such as torture and rape might bring up some awkward conversations.
The news said "the sickest porn on the internet involving torture and rape" or something to that effect.
BDSM is not ilegal I don't think. I gues the only way I would find how much torture is on the internet would mean searching for it, so ill leave it alone.
Some of the things I have had done to me (concentualy)would be technicaly illegal to photograph or have on a computer under English law, Luckily for me I live under a more enlightened regime.
There is no violent porn clause in Scots law at the moment, this may change though. The law includes simulated and photoshopped as well as real stuff, basicaly anything which would leave a mark or inficts pain for any form of sexual gratification is illegal, anything which leave a lasting mark is technicaly assault even with consent though.
I think what that dude would have been arrested for is snuff. BDSM, is purely consentual, and thus entirely legal in the privacy of your own home... or the internet i suppose. Snuff however, is rape play taken to an extreme, often times the person on the recieving end dies from internal injuries or just from taking such a hellacious beating. Often the subjects of such movies are immigrants who have been sold by their families with promises of bringing their families to a better country eventually. Thus no one knows, names and no one reports to police.
