I did, yeah. All the blurring's "act of camera" rather than any Photoshopping, I guess I moved a bit while I was taking the picture or something like that. I'm not really that colour though

Ps. I think that scorpion tale is from the first Coofftopicnd & Conquer, It's a strategy game that took the Computer World by storm, there were to factions, GDI (Good guys), and the brotherhood of NOD (Bad guys), The Pic in the avatar is the NOD Symbol I think.

Anchor stands for Naval traditions, since we're a department of the Navy
