Avatar - 7/10 - I like that dragon, and I've yet to meet a Welsh bloke I didn't like! I've heard a lot of good things about them from my Dad in his army days. 5 Welsh Rugby players kicked in 20 Frenchmen.

Signature - 8/10 - Never heard that quote. But I like it.

I would have thought almost every M.A would have heard that at least once somwhere or another. Back in my younger days Big 'pre-ear biter' Mike Tyson was king!
Cus tomato was the guys coach, (and step foster father? adoptive father? something like that i believe.) I first heard that quote in a M.T documentary spoken by the tomato himself, then later in the low budget M.T film. I even think rocky V (5 ) poached it, but dont quote me on that. I think he said it to his blonde haired young beef cake protege (damned if i remember his name and cant be bothered with a google search).
Anyway, it is a good quote. I personally channel fear into ki, ( even anger at times). I become aggresive towards my fear, the fear becomes the enemy, and overcoming it by charging headlong into the cause of my fear with the goal of destroying it. That becomes my only goal.

If i wantd to be cheesy i could do the whole 'let the fear burn like a fire deep inside you!' and poach Rocky, but i could'nt sleep at night if i did that! EVEN in jest!

my new quote should be 'I talk, thats what i do.'

Not really, it was "All your base are belong to us", but I changed it slightly to suit a martial arts theme, I've never seen anyone use that on any forum.

Anyway,
