Razer Barracuda HP-1 and Xbox 360?

I have a pair of Razer Barracuda Headphones that I would love to mod to work with my 360. Any suggestions? Just a side note I have a Panasonic TCP42X1 Plasma and use a single HDMI slot for both audio and video from my Xbox console. I was thinking maybe audio out to my PC from the tv and then out the soundcard to my headphones but I'm not sure how that is going to fly. Any suggestions?
