When I attempted to activate a feature that came installed on my new phone (the feature involved checking the box next to activating the phone's speaker talk for persons with impaired sight) the phone "Locked".
Soft reset didn't work. A hard reset attempt proceeded to a point & then the phone would not proceed as directed in Hard Reset directions.
Subsequent to all my attempts to get phone to work was the spontaneous locking.
MY QUESTION: When phone is sent to where ever it goes in this situation, about how long does it take to get that phone or a replacement one back?
