So I work out a lot and I'm still losing weight and my overall goal is to be at 21-23% Body fat. I'm currently 26.5%.
My current routine is this:
Wed- AM: 1 Hr Cardio/PM: 45 Min upper body routine & 20 Min Cardio
Thursday - AM 1 Hr Cardio/PM: 45 Min Legs & Abs routine & 20 Min Cardio
Friday - AM 40 min Cardio with 40 min Upper Body / PM: 1 hr Kicboxing Class & 15 min abs routine
Saturday - AM 1 Hr Cardio / 1 Hr Legs & Abs routine
Sunday - AM 1 Hr Kickboxing Class with 40 Min Upper Body
Monday- AM: 1 Hour Cardio PM: 1 Hour Kickboxing Class
Tuesday- REST DAY
