I have an 02 jaguar x-type and the entire climate control system was replaced about 1-2 years ago. When I turn on my defroster, I checked and the rear vents by the back window wont turn on, and the back windows for up really bad. It also won't spit out air even when the rear defroster is on...I have been getting lots of fog on the windows only when I am driving the car...... what could be wrong and how expensive???
