rechargeable batteries where do i charge them?

i need batteries for my easy share digital camera c813, i've tries the kodak batteries that were in the box that came with my camera and these dont work, neither will a new pair of batteries, do u think it's my camera,cause the batteries are new and nothing. at the store when i got the camera i got the horsepower batteries and the ones that supposably last longer,i through them out it was no longer working and it came in a normal package, i did not see a charger,where do i recharge the batteries i dont understand- help???
