recipe for creamy seafood tagitelle?

i once had a tagitelle with pieces of cod, salmon and baby prawns and peas all in a creamy sauce. it was lovely but cant find a recipe for this, they all have muscles or king prawns in it. anyone tell me how to go about making the sauce etc?
 
leave out the mussels and substitute the king prawns for the baby ones.

Sauce: Melt stick of butter in skillet, add a LOT of ground parmesan or romano cheese and heavy cream....stir until creamy (add salt and pepper)
