I have one small fillet (125g) of red snapper fish. What can I do with it? I dont want to make something that takes a long time, and nothing too fancy like a curry or pasta.
You are fortunate to have one of the most wonderful fish. It's expensive around here (NJ) It's one of my favorites. The best way to prepare it is to keep it simple because it's very delicate. Broil it under the broiler for a few minutes with salt pepper olive oil and fresh dill. put a squeez of lime on it before you serve . .YUM!
