In Rick Stein's French Odyssey - Episode 4 he showed how to make a salad using quercy melons from the south of France; he added, if I remember correct - tomatoes, goat's cheese, cucumber and of course a dressing... Does anyone have the recipe, please....I cannot afford to buy his cookery books, hence this request. Tks
