I had a recipe a while ago but it got... lost. Does anybody know any good recipes for these?
I'm not a vegetarian or a vegan, but a friend made these once and they were really good. They had a lot of cinnamon and oatmeal in them I believe.
While not a recipe for muffins, Alex's answer looks like an interesting recipe for meatloaf. Nice try.
