a cookie recipe that i am making calls for 1 tsp of baking soda and 1 tsp cream of tarter. i do not have either ingredient however i know that for that combination you can substitue baking soda. however everything i find online is to substitue the soda and tarter for the powder and i need it the other way around. can someone figure out how much baking powder i need to use for this recipe please.
the ratio is 1/2tsp tarter and 1/4 tsp soda = 1 tsp baking powder.

i made cookies without the tarter once they turned out good

you should use 4 grams of baking soda to 500 grams of flour. and follow recipe
