Having made it past the question title, you've probably gathered that I follow a somewhat strict diet. I eat well most of the time, and do a decent job addressing my dietary needs, both self-imposed (vegetarianism), and involuntary (hypoglycemia, anemia). I've included that I have acne-prone skin because I am a firm believer in a holistic approach in medicine.
Anyway, lately I've been in a bit of a culinary rut. I'm cycling through the same set of dishes and am in need of some inspiration. I would greatly appreciate some new recipes and foods to try. Thanks!
Additional info: Age 19, peanut allergy, college student (so preferably nothing too time-consuming or expensive).
