These last 4 years or so my family has been having a hard time so we don't have many ingridients,nothing fancy just the basics like eggs,ham,cheese,bread,a few veggies etc. The problem is since fast food is so cheap and quick we've been eating out about 5 days a week for the past 3 years or so and i have gained a lot of weight as a result. Instead of eating fast food i've chosen to eat nothing at all and skip meals which i know is really bad so i need help. I need simple recipes that i could make that won't be too time consuming
