Looking for creative recipes that involve little to no salt and added sugar and processed foods. For example, instead of sugary breakfast cereals, a recipe involving oats or granola, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cut fresh fruit. The goal is tasty, but healthy. Vegan is a plus, but if the recipe isnt vegan friendly im sure I can modify it slightly to make it so. My doctor says my blood pressure is a little high, and I eat a high sodium diet with lots of packaged foods, so that's why.
