Recommend android phone with QWERTY keys ?

I am looking for a decent Android phone that would come with a qwerty keyboard and wont make me smash it into the wall like my ex Sony Xperia X10 Mini Pro Etc did.
Or maybe a big touchscreen Android and bluetooth keyboard pair that is known to work well?
