refill card for t-mobile phone doesn't work?

help! i just spent $25 on a refill card for my phone and it doesn't work! what am i doing wrong?

take it back to where you got it from and ask for an exchange or an refund

well im pretty sure they will not give u a refund on prepaid calling cards or refill cards. so best thing to do is call t-mobile customer service and tell them whats going on. the people who sold it to u will not be able to do much for u once u have paid them and left the store with it.

Take it back to where you bought it and get a refund.

You can then try another card and if that still doesn't work, try phoning your networks support line.
