I lost my cellphone in transit during my travel from chennai to trichy by a Govt.bus And I am afraid it had been stolen during transit.I had been frantically trying to get my cell deactivated through one forum or other of the bsnl,but of no avail.Enlightened readers may throw some ligt on this issue as to whom should I approach for getting my cell phone deactivated.
