Reliability of 2003 Dodge Ram?

I'm looking at an 03 Dodge Ram 4 door with the 5.7 Hemi with 65000 miles on it. How dependible are these trucks? Has Dodge figured out transmission quality yet? Is the 5.7 hemi a good motor? What other problems are these trucks known for? How does it compare to an 05 Silverado w/ a 5.3?

there both good truck have them for fleet and have never had any problem with them
