Hi,
I am landlord and real estate investor. I have a new tenant who moved in recently. I live far from the property so have local people helping me take care of the place. Therefore, I was not there when the new tenant I accepted moved in. She is a nice lady. Is it nice to send her an email saying:

- welcome home!

OR

- congratulations for your new place!

OR

- Enjoy your new place!

Any other better suggestion?

THANKS.

thank them for moving in and let them know the line of communication is always open, should they have and problems, questions or concerns. we also send a welcome basket (harry and david, whatever) to welcome them. it only costs 50 bucks and it does wonders to get your renter on the same side as you, which will save you way more than $50 over the term of the lease.
