I'm not exactly sure, actually. Er. I have broadband, wireless internet, and a now, Bt home hub thing. It used to be a netgear one, but we've since got rid of it, which is what caused the problem.
And programs...well the ones I'm having issues with, the filesharing ones, eg limewire, ares, soulseek. Any use?
