Repairing a Toshiba Satellite A75-S209 laptop with power issues (not the DC jack)?

Hi, I have a Toshiba Satellite A75-S209. I have tried to replace the DC jack, and it was successful for about 5 minutes. I attempted to boot up my computer and the repair turned out to be no good.

So the laptop was taken apart again. We have placed a meter on the DC jack and there is power getting through.

But we have placed the same meter on the small white rectangle located just above the DC jack and it won't conduct the amperage. The white rectangle piece is labeled LF12A, and under it you will find a label PC1 typed directly onto the motherboard.

I believe that is the part that needs replacing, but I don’t know what that is. Can someone please help me by identifying that part?

your not going to get conduction on the white triangle because it is non conductive paint, it would be cheaper to buy a new motherboard, if your doing it your self.

Well, the power jack coming from the computer is probably loose, and in this case, it won't power up and fit onto the DC jack, so you will need to replace the motherboard.
