I've had the Verizon Wireless Samsung Continuum since February. I enjoy the phone, but today out of nowhere, I go to check my texts, and all of my conversations are gone! EVERYTHING. this includes very important locked texts that I've had. Everything else is the same on the phone. I've tried restarting it and nothing works. I can't get help from Customer Service because you need to dial from a different number.
This happened once before. This is really ruining me. Those text messages were beyond important. Please don't mock me. Just is there anything you can do to help?!
