Ok my blackberry crashed shortly after I upgraded to the new OS. It got fixed today except for the fact that I lost all my apps and everything. I have it backed up on my computer which I transferred over to the blackberry (by dragging and dropping) and it shows on my computer that they are there but on my phone none of the apps are there.
The tech support guy said there is a way to do this, from what I understood you just dragged and dropped. Can anyone help me?
