Reuse a broken camera from a phone?

alright,i had this Nokia 5800.But it fell and the camera has come off.
Now the phone is useless so i was thinking if i could use this camera with anything else?i mean,maybe connect it to something in some way and it would work?
If not capture images,just show images?
