riddle about raft and stream?

if you have one raft, and it can only take on passenger at a time across the stream, how do you end up with all 3 passengers on the right side?
-all 3 start on the left
-passengers: sheep, plant, wolf
wolf cant be alone with sheep whilst ur raft isnt there, sheep cant be alone with plant.
