haha, interesting thought... I'd say any room with controlled heating/cooling is considered room temperature.When I think of something at "room temperature" I think of "warm"... anything but frigid and/or hot.
No There Not Room Temperature Is A Specific Temperature Cant Remember What At The Moment. It Is When Some were Is Not To Hot Or To Cold.
