Planning to visit Ocracoke Island, NC. Where do you go to board the ferry? I know you can board at Cape Hatteras, Cedar Island, and Swan Quarter. But can you DRIVE to those places? Or do you have to get on a ferry to one of those places too? If anyone could explain that would be great! Will be driving from Clayton, NC. Any help is greatly appreciated!
