ok i've had this problem with my ears for the past week or so.
where to start, my ears have been playing up. so i tried a breathing exercise to try to make them pop. anyway the following morning i woke up and bang my left ear ached everytime i chewed food. it cleared up after a few days (this was last week). anyway i have now got this annoying rininging in my ears as well as ear ache, to be quite honest i dont know if its always been there / haven't noticed it. however after the jaw thing 've become aware of it.
i've booked an appointment with the doctors to have it checked out. even though ive complained several times that my ears haven't felt right in the past 4 - 6 month, all shes done is stick a osteoscope (whatever its called) in them to check. she said there was nothing wrong, however i think there is so im going back.
i've had a blood test / urine test recently, and they came back clear! so thats ruled anything to do with that out. sinus problems run in my family and i always get sore throats / headaches / congested nostrils. so it could be that? however i read that it could be tmj? tinnitus? or Eustachian tube dysfunction? i also tend to shower alot and someone said that water in the ear can cause inflammation / infection?
can anyone enlighten me as to what the symptoms are etc
