ringtone help?

i have a windows ME computer right now, because my XP laptop is broken. i have a US Cellular Motorokr phone. its mp3 compatible. but i haven't been able to figure out how to put ringtones on their since my laptop broke. i already have some ringtones on there, so i know it works. but my phone doesn't get internet access, so thats out of the question. how can i get ringtones on there?

ii always used myxertones.com
buht u need internet access for it..
just try that one tho..my frend uses it and she doesnt hav internet access either..
