Roger cable tv with rogers high speed internet cable.?

Is it possible to watch tv with the cable connected to my rogers high speed internet modem if i only pay for the internet? (not paying for even basic rogers cable) I live in Toronto, Ontario.

No, it's not possible as a filter is installed on new Rogers HSI connections that blocks all cable channel frequencies.
