Roger Scholars, application Help!?

I was trying to fill out my Roger Scholars application, I am confused about what clubs go in what blanks. The Blanks are Leadership,Technology, Entrepreneurship, Community Service (school sponsored) , and other (paid positions of employment may be included here) ..... Well my clubs I am in are Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Spanish Club, and the champions Club. I use to Volunteer at a nursing home if that may fit in there anywhere. Please someone help! It would be appreciated. Thanks
and also I am in church too.
