Doing a research paper on Rogers canada and I cannot find ANYTHING on their management style..If anyone had any information on how they run/manage that'd be great, thanks

From these articles, I would infer that they would be a risk-taking, entreprenurial company. The CEO is a micro-manager and feels that employees, all 25,000 of them, are part of the family. He demands integrity and honesty, and runs his company that way. If you read through these articles, I think you will get a good sense of the organization.

I also linked an employee rating site too, so you can see how real employees feel in the organization.

I just searched ted rogers and organizational culture, so you may want to vary those terms if you need more info.
