Rogers iPhone - bad reception in Toronto areas?

Does anyone else experience this same problem. No reception in the ACC, Rogers Centre, 401 & Yonge Street. These are areas where my service is the slowest. I have an iPhone and am with Rogers. My coworker beside doesn't receive my text message I send until 15 mins later. He is on Telus. Why are some areas in the City slow?
