Rogers Pay-as-you-go Help !!?

I have already got a cell phone, but i just moved and need to get i new number. I know since, i ahve rogers p.a.y.g. that i can just get a new number and wont half to get a phone ,, but i got a great deal on the LG neon, so i took it. ( im talking a 20$ deal ;), its trustworthy whatever ect) Anyway.. I going into get my new number and one of those PAy as u go plans. I wanna know how you pay for a rogers payg plan? DO u just put the money on the phone liek reg. Payg or..is there billin involded? Cause it says, PAY AS YOU GO. im confusied. Help plese :)

You buy cards and top up.

Or hook it up to a credit card if you wish.

But you control the payments, and you pay in advance, so you don't build up debt.
