Yes, the maps are provided by TeleNav - and you pay them $10/month. This will allow you to use teh GPS function on your phone and it will read you directions aloud like any other nav system. You will also need to have a data plan on your account to be able to use the GPS since you need to download the program on your phone's internet. The cheapest BB data plan is $15/month and allows for 1.5MB of data usage.
