Ok i gave my frend a tattoo , he wanted it from me and i agreed but i dont kno if i f@$&ed up!! Because its been about a week and a some of the ink came out and theres spots of the tatoo that dont have ink, but yet again my friend said he didnt put petrolium jelly on it or any other lotion basicly didnt hydrate it , soo it my fault the ink came out or his ? The tattoo says 2CL but sum of the ink of the C came ot from the top and the L but again my frend was wearing jeans the whole week and didnt cover it wat so ever and didnt put lotion or neosporin or petrolium
