You need what is called the EKA code. ( Emergency Key Access )
This overrides the immobiliser.
It is a 4 digit number that is entered via the drivers door lock with your key.

This code is available from any XPart Autoservice Center for a small fee.
You must show proof of ownership an ID.
 
You've probably tried this but can you lock it and unlock it again, or try a new battery in your keys.
