i have a fitness test for the royal navy in 3 weeks. i have to run a mile n half in 11min 13 sec. i have just started training yesterday so can anyone give me some tips on how to make sure i compete my fitness test in the time limit. i.e
how often i should be running
if theres anything i should or should not be eating
basically stuff like that
also i am 6"1 and i way roughly 11st
